Stat. § 76 -1008 (Reissue 1996). <br />(5) GRANTOR published the Notice of Trustee's Sale, to be held on August 23, 2001 at <br />10:00 A.M., at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First St., Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, which notice was published in The Grand Island Independent of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks, commencing on July 5, 2001, and ending August <br />2, 2001. The last publication of Notice was at least ten (10) days prior to the Trustee's Sale, held on <br />August 23, 2001, and said sale was not later than thirty (30) days after the last publication of Notice. <br />(6) GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real property at public auction on August 23), 2001 <br />at or about 10:00 A.M., at the the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First St., Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of' Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation, in the sum of Forty -Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars and Ten Cents <br />($47,670.10) as the highest bid upon said real property. GRANTOR has complied with the requirements <br />of Neb. Rev.
