The Seller is: The City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 2. The Buyer is: John Baasch Auger Flighting, Inc. <br />SECTION 3. The description of the Property is : Lot One (1), <br />Jake's Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. (the "Property"). <br />SECTION 4. The purchase price is TWO THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS <br />($2,000.00). <br />SECTION 5. The Buyer shall be entitled to full possession of the Property at Clos- <br />ing. The Closing shall occur as soon as practicable after approval of Jake's Subdivision by the <br />City Council for Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 6.
