<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by and through
<br />Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, as trustee under the trust
<br />deed dated June 27. 2017 executed by GRANT R HANSEN AND BERRETTA L HANSEN, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. or Book 201704546 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid
<br />and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said corporation by
<br />and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: GRANT R HANSEN AND BERRETTA L HANSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
