<br />You arc hereby notified that Steven E. Johnson and Melissa K. Johnson, as husband and wife, as Trusters, did
<br />on or about September 29, 2000, make, execute said deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />A tract of land 100 feet by 140 feet in size, situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE
<br />1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection
<br />of the South line of Syria Street of the First Addition to the Village of Cairo, as
<br />shown by the recorded Plat thereof card the West line of High Street, if extended
<br />South; running thence South on the West line of High Street, if so extended, a
<br />distance of 100 feet; running thence West on a line parallel to the South line of
<br />Syria Street a distance of 140 feet, thence North on the line parallel to the West line
<br />of High Street, if so extended, a distance of 100 feet, to the South line of Syria
<br />Street; thence mining East on the South line of Syria Street 140 feet to the point of
<br />commencement -
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Five Points Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />'frost which was recorded on October 2, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200008183.
<br />On or about September 29, 2000, Five Points Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignmr-m, was recorded October 2,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument No. 0200008184,
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tmstors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the 1'rustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare The entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
