<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated September 11, 2001, and December 5, 1996, and executed

<br />by Judith Ann Christensen, A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />w
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200109343 on September 14, 2001, and 96- 109512 on
<br />`j
<br />December 6, 1996 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One Hundred Twenty -Five (125), of Buenavista Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of February, 2004.
