Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated November 29, 2000 from trustor(s) Phillip J. Griess and Amanda K. Johnson for
<br />the benefit of First Union National Bank of Delaware, now known as Wachovia Bank of
<br />Delaware, N.A. which Deed of Trust was recorded December 14, 2000 as Inst. No.
<br />0200010484, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot 18, Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
