<br />� Dormond E. Metcalf and Bonnie J. Metcalf, husband and wife, 6 �
<br /> herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of transfer
<br /> between spouses, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm unto Dormond E. Metcalf and Bonnie J. Metcalf, husband
<br /> and wife, as tenants in common, hereinafter referred to as
<br /> Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.

<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (NE1/,) of Section Eight (8) , Township Twelve
<br /> (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as
<br /> follows : Beginning at a point on the north line of
<br /> said Section Eight (8) , said point being forty (40)
<br /> feet west of the Northeast corner of said Section (8) ;
<br /> thence westerly along the north line of said Section
<br /> (8) , a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-eight
<br /> and Fifteen hundredths (1, 168 . 15) feet; thence
<br /> deflecting left 91 degrees, 25 minutes and running
<br /> southerly, a distance of 747 . 2 feet; thence easterly
<br /> parallel to the north line of said Section Eight (8) , a
<br /> distance of 1, 166 . 02 feet, to the westerly right-of-way
<br /> line of U.S. Highway 281; thence northerly along said
<br /> highway right-of-way line, a distance of 747 .2 feet to
<br /> the place of beginning.
<br /> We hereby covenant with the said Grantees and with Grantees
<br /> heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said premises,
<br /> that they are free from encumbrance except easements and
<br /> restrictions of record; and that we have good right and lawful
<br /> authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and
<br /> defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
