202507285 <br />CROSS DEFAULT / CROSS COLLATERALIZATION <br />RIDER <br />Originator Loan # 4001 1 191 <br />FAMC Loan 11 4001 1 191 <br />This rider is attached to and made a part of the mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt dated as of <br />December 19, 2025, by Douglas C. Jones and Michelle L. Jones to or for the benefit of Mac America Ag Finance, <br />Inc. ("Originating Lender", and that instrument, "Security Instrument 40011191"), securing a loan ("Loan <br />40011191") evidenced by the Promissory Note from Douglas C. Jones and Michelle L. Jones, as Borrower, to <br />Originating Lender in the original principal amount of $680,000.00 ("Note 40011191") and the other "Secured <br />Obligations" (defined in Security Instrument 40011191). Each capitalized term used in this rider that is defined in Note <br />40011191 or Security Instrument 40011191 and not defined in this rider will have the meaning specified in Note <br />4001 1191 or Security Instrument 40011191, respectively. <br />Loan 40011191 is being made by Originating Lender with the expectation that Originating Lender will sell Loan <br />4001 1191 to the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation ("Farmer Mac"), and that in connection that sale, Note <br />40011191, Security Instrument 40011191 and the other Collateral Documents will be assigned to Farmer Mac. <br />Farmer Mac is also the lender under one or more other loans (the "Crossed Loans") evidenced by the following <br />described promissory notes held by Farmer Mac (the "Crossed Notes"): <br />Borrowers/Co-Signers' Names <br />Douglas C.
