<br /> LORETTA MARIE RHODA, Personal Representative of the Estate
<br /> of Pearl A. Van Winkle, Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases
<br /> to LORETTA MARIE RHODA and HENRY RHODA, husband and wife, as
<br /> equal tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following described real
<br /> estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) located in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W�NW�) of
<br /> Section Twenty-Two (22) , T�wnship Twelve ( 12) North,
<br /> Range Twelve ( 12) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska;
<br /> Lots Numbered Nine (9) and Ten ( 10) , in Block Numbered
<br /> Sixteen ( 16) , in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom that portion of
<br /> said Lot Numbered Nine (9) contained within the
<br /> following legal description: A part of Lots Seven (7) ,
<br /> Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Sixteen (16) in the
<br /> Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing
