WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -THREE AND FOUR TENTHS FEET (183.4') OF THE NORTH THREE HUNDRED SIXTY -SIX AND EIGHT TENTHS (366.8') FEET OF LOT NINE (9) IN GEER SUBDIVISION IN GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JULY 14, 1999, and filed for record on JULY 20, 1999, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #099107307 WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of AUGUST 1, 2009, WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO NOVEMBER 1, 2011. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
