Spulak, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 24, 1999 as Instrument <br />No. 99- 103029 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />LOT SIX (6) EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY SIXTY (60) FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF <br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK SEVEN (7), SOUTH GRAND ISLAND, AN ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
