<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated December 20, 2000, and executed by Connie L. Conner, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded as Document 0200100009 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated
<br />January 2, 2001 and,

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Modification of Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Having a lake front footage of sixty feet (60'), situated on the east side of the east
<br />portion of Kuester Lake, and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4) in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Modification of Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Modification of
<br />Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 19'h day of October, 2001,
