Ichtertz, A Single <br />Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on January 17, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200000455, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1) and part of Lot Two (2), Block Thirty -Two (32), <br />Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, More particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Said Lot One (1); Thence Running <br />Southwesterly along the Southerly Line of Said Lots One (1) and Two (2), A Distance of Sixty Six <br />and Two Tenths (66.20) Feet; Thence Running Northwesterly parallel with the Easterly Line of <br />Said Lot One (1), A Distance of One Hundred Thirty Two (132.0) Feet, to a point on the Northerly <br />Line of Said Lot Two (2); Thence running Northeasterly along the Northerly Line of Said Lots <br />One(1) and Two (2), A distance of Sixty Six and Two Tenths (66.20) Feet, to the Northeast Corner <br />of Said Lot One (1); Thence running Southeasterly along the Easterly Line of Said Lot One (1), A <br />Distance of One Hundred Thirty Two (132.0) Feet, to the Point of Beginning. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21st day of November, 2001. <br />: <br />CrJs?"o. ` <br />$ �.3• y 9 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />By: Jo y L.
