202507124 Notice of Grant Requirements Wetlands America Trust, Inc. is the owner of a property located in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof (the "Property"). WAT acquired the Property with and as match to a North American Wetlands Conservation Act funds pursuant to a Grant Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Ducks Unlimited ("Nebraska's Saline and Sandhills Wetland Initiative "), dated June 25, 2020, Agreement Number: F20A10116, a copy of which is kept at the Division of Bird Habitat Conservation (DBHC), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20240 and at the office of Ducks Unlimited, Inc. at 2525 River Road, Bismark, ND 58503. This Property was conserved in order to protect valuable grassland and wetland wildlife habitat including Central Platte River frontage. Wetlands America Trust, Inc. hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of the Grant Agreement as they relate to the Property, including the obligation to ensure the long-term conservation of the Property and to obtain the consent of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service DBHC prior to the conveyance or encumbrance of the Property. If any interest in the Property is converted, sold, conveyed, or otherwise encumbered, an attributable share may be owed to DBHC. The terms of this Notice shall be binding upon Wetlands America Trust, Inc. and its designees and successors.
