60I-L05Z0Z <br />INST 71 fl O 7 i 0 9 <br />ORDINANCE NO 584 <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />RECORDED <br />HALL en' tNTY NE <br />1015DEC ! i AII: 51 <br />KRIST1 WOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, provided notification to <br />Debra Brunner, resident of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block One (1), Burger's <br />Addition, Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, and contract buyer thereof, in January <br />2025 of the need to abate a public nuisance following a declaration in the summer of 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, further notification was given on or about February 12, 2025 of the <br />impending action to abate the nuisance at her expense; and <br />WHEREAS, the abatement took place on or about May 2025, and billing was provided to <br />Debra Brunner; and <br />WHEREAS, Debra K. Brunner has failed to pay to cost of abatement; and <br />WHEREAS, at a public hearing held December 9, 2025, following a meeting of the <br />Board of Equalization for the Village of Doniphan, it was determined that a special benefit was <br />granted to the above described property by virtue of the abatement of the public nuisance in the <br />amount of $4,096.04. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: <br />1. The real estate legally described as: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block One (1), Burger's <br />Addition, Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska <br />has received a special improvement in the form of a nuisance abatement. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />0'12 <br />
