<br /> � WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska C��
<br /> is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated ��
<br />�� April 1, 1988, executed by Gene A. Olsen and Florence A. Olsen, husband and wife, in which Five
<br /> Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recordeu in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document number 88-101661, on the
<br /> 4th day of April, 1988 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, written
<br /> request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot One (1) of Stehr's Subdivision, located upon the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> (W'/�SWY4) of Section Eleven (1 1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the bth P.M.,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska except that part heretofore conveyed to Clarence J. Mclntosh by
<br /> Warranty Deed recorded in Book 98, at Page 199 of the Deed Records in Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Tfustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, t e ndersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
