202506862 RESOLUTION #2025- 0 53 A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR HOLLISTER HIDDEN ACRES SUBDIVISION EXCEPT FOR ALL THE DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY, TO RE -DEDICATE THE EASEMENTS, IF ANY, FOR THE LOCATION, CONSTRUCTION, AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES FOREVER AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the plat dated and approved by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska on October 13, 2009 for Hollister Hidden Acres Subdivision, is hereby vacated, except for the dedicated right of way, if any, which shall forever be rededicated for the location, construction, and maintenance of the public road and utilities. 2. That the title to the property being vacated by Section 1 of this Resolution shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate. 3. That this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 4. That any resolution or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed.
