<br />for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell and convey unto Gary Edward Shovlain and Linda Diane Shovlain, Husband
<br />and Wife, their heirs, successors and assigns, Grantees an easement across Lot two (2),
<br />Shovlain Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />200007315 for the purpose of ingress and egress to Grantees adjoining Lot One (1),
<br />Shovlain Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br />easement is described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made apart hereof by reference.
<br />The easement described in this instrument is to and shall run with the land and
<br />shall be for the benefit and use of Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns such
<br />adjacent property being described as Lot One (1), Shovlain Second Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above -named Grantees shall use the rights granted by this instrument with
<br />due regard to the rights of the Grantors and Grantors use of such easement, and shall not
<br />use the easement anyway which will impair the rights of Grantors to utilize same
<br />including ingress and egress to Grantors property through which the above - described
<br />easement is granted. The Grantees accept the terms and conditions of this easement
<br />through their action in accepting said easement and the recording thereof.
