Wilcoxson and Ann M. Wilcoxson, husband and wife ,hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK SEVEN(7), PARKHILL SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated February 21 , 1997, and filed for record on February 27 , 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, as Document No. 97-101303 : WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of March 1 st , 2007: WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of TrustJMortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of TrustlMortgage is hereby extended to May 1 st , 2007. 2. CONTINLIED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of TrustlMortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
