<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Reynolds & Ziska, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 12, 2003 and recorded March 14, 2003 in the Office of the Register of➢eeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200303015 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Part of Block Six (6), in Pleasant Home Subdivision of part of Ore East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EI /2 SE1 14) of
<br />Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Grand island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of Block Six (6), above described, running
<br />thence West along the North line of said Block Six (6), a distance of 80 feet, thence South at right angles a distance of 66
<br />feet, thence East at right angles a distance of 80 feet and thence North along the East line of said Block Six (6) a distance of
<br />66 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />TOGETIIER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements acrd appurtenances belonging to such premises.
