<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Penny L. Rosenquist, a single
<br />individual, and Russell A. Ehlers and Pamela L. Ehlers, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 23, 2002 and
<br />recorded November 26, 2002 and October 1, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instruments #0200213130 and #0200313095 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block Nine (9), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
