Wife shall be entitled to all the items of personal property currently in her <br /> possession, including the following: blue chair, silver VCR, the shampoo attachment, <br /> deep freezer, one-half of the Christmas decorations, wall hangings, computer and <br /> stand, bar and stools, other two television sets, the king size bed and two dressers, <br /> table and chairs in the dining room, washer and dryer, kitchen table and two chairs, <br /> stereo and entertainment center (except for the four large speakers), black couch and <br /> chair, one-half of the linens, and one-half of the pots and pans, his other tools, small <br /> appliances, dishes and silverware, the garden tools, the lamps, the china hutch, <br /> electric typewriter, patio furniture, outdoor grill, the Rainbow vacuum cleaner. <br /> E. The parties have hereto established in their own names checking and <br /> 4 <br /> savings accounts, and each party shall be entitled to all such accounts and all <br /> deposits therein. <br /> �EBTS AND OBLIGATIONS . <br /> A. Each party shall be responsible for any encumbrances on the personal <br /> property granted to them herein, and each party shall hold the other harmless on the <br /> liability of those debts.
