<br />BANK, trustee for the benefit of American National Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 5, 2003, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL county, Nebraska, INST.
<br />NO. 200316267 has been paid, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
