<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this 21st day of November, 5
<br />2001, by James I. Shamberg, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed
<br />of Trust wherein Bernard H. Kisner and JoAnn Kisner, husband and
<br />wife, are Beneficiary, and John R. Seberg and Hazel Seberg, husband
<br />and wife, are Trustors and James I. Shamberg is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 30, 1991, and
<br />identified as Document No. 91- 105699, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) , Buck - Theasmeyer Subdivi-
<br />sion in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and a partial payment has been paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary
<br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to
<br />Trustee in the said property only hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described above be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust to that property described above
<br />only, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto
<br />belonging or appertaining.
