Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />CERTIFICATION OF TRUST <br />ROBERT R. RATHMAN and LEONARD R. RATHMAN being first duly sworn upon <br />oath, depose and state that: <br />1. On September 13, 2005, Phyllis I. Rachman ("Grantor" or "Settlor") executed that <br />certain Phyllis I. Rathman Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September 13, 2005 (the <br />"Phyllis I. Rathman Trust") wherein she designated herself as initial Trustee and the Robert R. <br />Rachman and Leonard R. Rachman as the successor Co -Trustees; <br />2. On July 2, 2025 due to Phyllis I. Rathman's incapacity and pursuant to the terms <br />of the Trust Agreement, Robert R. Rachman and Leonard R. Rathman accepted the successor Co - <br />Trusteeship of the Phyllis I. Rathman Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance <br />with the terms of said Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; <br />3. Settlor, Phyllis I. Rathman died on July 3, 2025; <br />4. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Phyllis I. Rathman, and <br />is in full force and effect; <br />5. Robert R. Rachman and Leonard R. Rathman, are currently serving as Co - <br />Trustees of said Trust and the Trust grants Affiants as Co -Trustees all powers under the <br />Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
