<br /> The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC. , hereby ���
<br /> consents to the conditional assignment to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, �
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, Assignee, by TERRY L. KUCERA and ROBERTA J.
<br /> KUCERA, husband and wife as joint tenants, Debtors, of a Lease
<br /> dated MaY � , 1999, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. , is the Lessor
<br /> and Terry L. Kucera and Roberta J. Kucera are the Lessee, such
<br /> Lease commencing June 1, 1999, and terminates May 31, 2034, and
<br /> pertains to:
<br /> Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) , having a lake front
<br /> footage of One Hundred Feet (100' ) , and being on the East
<br /> side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a
<br /> part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SW�) in
<br /> Section Thirteen (13) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the
<br /> Lessor.
<br /> Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was
<br /> given by said Debtors to the United Nebraska Bank, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a Note in the
<br /> amount of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75, 000. 00) and a
<br /> Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described
<br /> premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br /> Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
