<br /> the Trustee and the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 30, 1998, and recorded August
<br /> 4, 1998 in instrument#98-107557 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
