<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Bank National Association,�
<br /> a Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars, to it in hand paid by '
<br /> First Commerce Mortgaqe Companv, the party of the second part, receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by
<br /> these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and
<br /> assigns, a certain Trust Deed wherein the said Pinnacle Bank National
<br /> Association is Beneficiary, Denis D. Rist and Brenda L. Rist are Trustor, and
<br /> National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savinqs Association, 13th and "O" Street;
<br /> Lincoln, NE 68508 is Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated the 24th day of
<br /> April, 1999, and recorded the 28t'' day of April, 1999, in Book 99 Page
<br /> 104327, of the MORTGAGE Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br /> title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lots Two Hundred Fourteen (214) and Two Hundred Fifteen (215) in West Lawn, an
<br /> addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or
<br /> to become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br /> provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pinnacle Bank National Association, a Corporation,
<br /> has caused This Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, Gary
