202506369 <br />5. This Amendment shall have an effective date of September 1, 2025. <br />6. Except as amended hereby, the Restrictive Covenants shall remain in effect and <br />shall be applicable to the lots that comprise the Subject Property. <br />7. This Amendment shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and shall <br />insure the benefit of: the Owners of the lots that comprise the Subject Property and their legal <br />representatives, successors, and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions on the dates noted <br />hereinbelow. <br />(balance of page intentionally left blank) <br />
