<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among DANNY D DENMAN
<br />AND CATHERINE M DENMAN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Bank of Doniphan, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated January 24, 1994, and recorded on January 27, 1994, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 94- 100773 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all tl.e property held by B«,-,'r of
<br />Doniphan, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto.
