Tesmer & Deborah Lynn Tesmer, -\ <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Document #93- 104400 on the 28th day of May, 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Brentwood Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 19th day of November, 2001. <br />�� pO1NTS� <br />SEAL <br />O '• •" 5 C <br />NO •NE��P <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE OINTS BANK, TRUSTEE 1 L <br />y: Edward M.
