ENTIRE AGREEMENT This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties <br />notwithstanding any other oral or written agreements to the contrary. This License Agreement shall be amended <br />only in writing executed by all parties hereto. <br />10. CHOICE OF LAWS.
