WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the property legally described as Lot Two (2), Dahlke Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Grantor's Property"); and WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of the property legally described as Lot One (1), Dahlke Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Grantee's Property"); and WHEREAS, Grantee utilizes a water line that crosses Grantor's Property in order to connect to the infrastructure of the City of Grand Island. WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into this Easement Agreement to acknowledge and memorialize the use of said water line. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements of the parties, it is agreed as follows: 1. Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee a permanent easement upon Grantor's Property for use for a water line, legally described as: A tract of land consisting of a Ten (10.0') foot wide easement located in Lot Two (2), Dahlke Square Subdivision located in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence running Southwesterly on the North line of said Lot Two (2) on a Bearing of S 61°36'58" W, a distance of 36.62 feet; thence running S 27°25'03" E, a distance of 60.70 feet, to the Point of Termination, said tract containing 606.968 Square Feet more or less (the "Easement"). 6.,L1e06-6Fy /V°
