CASH <br />CHECK <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />RECORDED <br />HALL CCIJNTY NE <br />00 INSA' 2015 0 b 2 8 3 1025 NOV b y 3: 33 <br />Ern S WOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />Record and return to: <br />/Nebraska Title Company <br />734 Diers Ave. <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />CORRECTIVE EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT made and entered into this o9 7 day of <br />Cyr' r , 2025, by and between Jeremi Dahlke, a single person ("Grantor") and <br />Daniel Gutierrez -Gutierrez, a single person ("Grantee"). <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the property legally described as Lot Two (2), <br />Dahlke Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Grantor's <br />Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of the property legally described as Lot One (1), <br />Dahlke Square Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Grantee's <br />Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee utilizes a water line that crosses Grantor's Property in order to <br />connect to the infrastructure of the City of Grand Island. <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into this Easement Agreement to acknowledge and <br />memorialize the use of said water line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements of the <br />parties, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee a permanent easement upon <br />Grantor's Property for use for a water line, legally described as: A tract of land consisting of a <br />Ten (10.0') foot wide easement located in Lot Two (2), Dahlke Square Subdivision located in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the centerline of which is more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence running Southwesterly on <br />the North line of said Lot Two (2) on a Bearing of S 61°36'58" W, a distance of 36.62 feet; <br />thence running S 27°25'03" E, a distance of 60.70 feet, to the Point of Termination, said tract <br />containing 606.968 Square Feet more or less (the "Easement"). <br />6.,L1e06-6Fy <br />/V° <br />
