ORDINANCE NO. 10,048 (cont.) <br />202506231 <br />1 <br />TRACT 1: <br />The easterly eight (8.0) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Commonwealth Business Park Third <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; except the northerly six (6.0) <br />feet and the southerly eight (8.0) feet which are to remain as easement. <br />TRACT 2: <br />The westerly eight (8.0) feet of Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; except the northerly six (6.0) feet which is to <br />remain as easement. <br />TRACT 3: <br />The westerly eight (8.0) feet of the northerly fifty-three and twenty-six hundredths (53.26) feet of <br />Lot Two (2), Commonwealth Business Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Such three (3) easement tracts to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto dated 10/21/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage <br />and publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent as <br />provided by law. <br />
