<br /> mate�ials or wastes designated as a"hazardous substance"pursuant to Section 311 of the Clean Water Act or iisted pursuant to Secllon 307 0(the
<br /> Clean Water Act or any amendments or replacemems to these statutes;(v)those substances, materials or wastes deflned es a"hezardoua waste"
<br /> pursuant to Seclion 1004 of the Resource Co�servation and Recovery Act or any amendments or replacemenis to that slatute; and (vi) those
<br /> substanoes, matetials or wastes deflned as a "hazardous substance" pursuant to Section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response,
<br /> Compensation and Uability Act, or any amendments or replacements to that statute or any other similar state or federai statute, n�le, regulat(on or
