20250608,E <br />The Southerly Half (SY2) of Fractional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Thirteen (13) in Rollins <br />Addition and it's complement, to -wit; Fractional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Twenty-three <br />(23), in Wallich's Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />A tract of land in Block Nine (9), Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and part of that vacated part of 7th Street lying between St. Paul Road and Poplar Street <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot Seven (7), said Block Nine (9); thence running <br />Southerly on the Easterly line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of One Hundred Thirty-two (132') <br />Feet to the Northerly line of that vacated part of 7th Street; thence running Southerly on the <br />prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of Thirty-five (35') Feet; thence <br />running Southwesterly a distance of Seventy-four and Seven tenths (74.7') Feet; thence running <br />Northwesterly a distance of One Hundred Three and Three tenths (103.3') Feet to a point on the <br />Northerly line of that vacated part of 7th Street and Ten (10') Feet Westerly from the <br />Southeasterly corner of Lot Five (5), said Block Nine (9): thence running Northwesterly a <br />distance of One Hundred Forty-one and Five tenths (141.5') Feet to a point on the Northerly line <br />of and Sixty-one (61') Feet Westerly from the Northeasterly corner of said Lot Five (5); thence <br />running Easterly on the Northerly lines of Lots Five (5), Six (6). and Seven (7), said Block Nine <br />(9) a distance of One Hundred Ninety-three (193') Feet to the beginning. <br />The East Thirty-five and Two tenths (E 35.2') Feet of Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty-six (26), in <br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Lot Two (2), Rehder Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />
