Pesha and D. Lorrine Pesha, husband <br /> and wife , hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> WIT'NESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br /> secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> LOT EIGHT(8), IN BLOCK ONE (1), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES FOURTH <br /> SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br /> NEBRASKA. <br /> which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated October 9th , 1998, and filed for record on October 9th, <br /> 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, as Document No. <br /> 98-109904 : <br /> WHEREAS, such Deed of TrustJMortgage had a stated maturity date of May 1 st, 2014: <br /> WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br /> indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension,the parties hereto give <br /> notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to July 1 st , 2014. <br /> 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br /> Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness <br /> concurrently herewith extended. <br />
