The words "Prohibited Activities" mean any activity relating to the use, sale, possession, <br />cultivation, manufacture, storage, distribution, or marketing of cannabis, marijuana, or marijuana -based products <br />which constitutes in any manner a violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, regardless of <br />whether applicable conflicting law permits the same. <br />Property.
