<br />INNATE DEVELOPMENT 2, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities
<br />and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across,
<br />underneath, and through a part of Outlot K, Legacy 34 Fourth Subdivision, Outlot D,
<br />Legacy 34 Third Subdivision, Lot Twenty -Four (24), Legacy 34 Sixth Subdivision, and a
<br />part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2, SE1/4), Section Twenty -Five (25),

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the boundaries of the four (4) utility easements and right-
