<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank,a Nebraska Corporation,as Trustee,under the �`�J '
<br /> Deed of Trust dated July 29, 1998,executed by Jim Buck and Linda Buck,husband and wife, in which 4�
<br /> Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in the �
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document#98-108044 on the 18th �
<br /> day of August, 1998, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Seventeen(17)Westwood Park Third Subdivision,an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
