<br /> 16, 1990,executed by C.C.&B. Co.,as�rustor,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the ,C\�
<br /> undersigned as Trustee,which was recoi�d in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, C
<br /> recorded as Document#90-104788 on the 20'�day of August, 1990,and
<br /> WHEREAS,said undersigned,William W.Marshall III,President of Five Points Bank, ,has received from
<br /> Five Points Bank,as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br /> mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lots Twenty-six(26)and Twenty-seven(27)in Wildwood Subdivision to Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(NE'/NE'/<)of Section Twelve
<br /> (12),Township Ten(10)North,Range Ten(10)West of the 6�'P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,and more particularly
<br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot Twenty-seven(27),Wildwood Subdivision,Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska,and also being a point on the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (NE'/<NE'/<);thence northerly along and upon the east line of said Lot Twenty-seven(27),a distance of Four
<br /> Hundred(400.0)feet to the northeast corner of said Lot Twenty-seven(27);thence easterly along and upon the
<br /> south line of Cougar Drive,a distance of Forty(40.0)feet;thence southerly,parallel with the east line of said Lot
<br /> Twenty-seven(27)and also being parallel with the westerly right-of-way line of Highways 281 and 34,a distance of
