<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ��
<br /> GERALD J. LLTNDGREN and KELLY S. LLTNDGREN, Husband and Wife, to AREND R. �
<br /> BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS and LOAN
<br /> ASSOCIATION of Grand Island,Nebraska,the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 13, 1988
<br /> and recorded July 13, 1988 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska as
<br /> Document No. 88-103795 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accardance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named therein,the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br /> grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br /> estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises,
<br /> but only as to such premises:

<br /> Section Seven(7); Part of the West Half of the West Half(W'/ZW%z) of Section
<br /> eight (8); and part of Lot Twenty-Four(24), Island Acres, all in Township Eleven
<br /> (11)North, Range None (9) west of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such prem-
<br /> ises.
