<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />KENNETH SHULTZ and NANCY SHULTZ, husband and wife, to BRANDON S. CONNICK,
<br />Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of ELAINE SHULTZ COOK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 1, 2011,
<br />and recorded on November 1, 2011 as Instrument No. 0201108227 in the Office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE'/4SE1/4), Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4SE1/4), Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM a tract of land known as Lot One (1), Edgar Acres Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
