KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by GEORGIA L. COPPLE, A Single Person, and K.C. NELSEN, JR., A Single Person,
<br />and First Nebraska Bank, the Trustee and the Beneficiary, dated April 21, 1997, and
<br />recorded April 28, 1997, Entered As Instrument No. 97- 103155, at the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />Parcel 2: Lot Three (3) in Block Five (5), in Morris Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
