The lien is claimed and established pursuant to <br />the recorded Amended Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions for the <br />"Amick Acres Subdivision" and the "Amick Acres Second Subdivision" located in Hall County, <br />Nebraska governing said subdivision and represents unpaid and delinquent assessments pursuant <br />to those Covenants. The Lien claimed herein is in the amount of $400.00 for the HOA Dues for <br />the ,ears 2024 and 2025, additional interest as may accrue, attorney fees and filing fees.
