!HST 2C25 0 5 ', 3 8 <br />TRANSFER ON DEATH DEED <br />rACH <br />�i-iEC <br />CHEC t9,a 'f.,0 <br />REFUNDS:_ <br />CASH <br />HALL CC.MINTY NE <br />2015 SEP 2 ci P 3: L i <br />kiiiSTI WOW <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />This Revocable Transfer on Death Deed is made by MATTHEW HEWITT <br />MASCHMANN (the "Transferor") who is the owner of a one-third undivided interest in the <br />following described real estate (the "Property") situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />N 1/2 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST OF THE <br />6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />The Transferor conveys all of the Transferor's one-third undivided interest in the right, title <br />and interest in the Property, effective upon the death of the Transferor, to MATTHEW HEWITT <br />MASCHMANN and DEBRA HUGHES MASCHMANN, Co -Trustees (or their successors) of <br />MASCHMANN REVOCABLE TRUST, u/t/a dated c/ ' 7-2- , 2025, as grantee beneficiary <br />(the "Grantee"). <br />WARNING: The property transferred remains subject to inheritance taxation in Nebraska to the <br />same extent as if owned by the transferor at death. Failure to timely pay inheritance taxes is subject <br />to interest and penalties as provided by law. <br />WARNING: The designated beneficiary is personally liable, to the extent of the value of the <br />property transferred, to account for medicaid reimbursement to the extent necessary to discharge <br />any such claim remaining after application of the assets of the transferor's estate.
