<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Corey O'Brien, Attorney at Law of 701 4th
<br />Avenue, Ste 12, PO Box 622, Holdrege, NE 68949-0622 as Trustee under the
<br />Deed Of Trust dated 26th day of March, 2025, executed by Bartunek Real
<br />Estate Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in
<br />which South Central Economic Development District, Inc., a Nebraska Non -
<br />Profit Corporation is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 2025-01634 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County Nebraska, has received from South Central Economic
<br />Development District, Inc., a Nebraska Non -Profit Corporation, the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Deed Of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed Of Trust and the
<br />Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of
<br />such Deed Of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Bartunek
<br />Real Estate Ventures, LLC, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:

<br />the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska on the East
<br />side thereof lying Thirty -Three (33) feet west of the East line
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4) of Section Nineteen (19),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
