Lender is a body politic and <br />corporate, not a state agency, but an independent instrumentality exercising essential public <br />functions, organized and existing under the laws of Nebraska. Lender's address is Suite 200, 1230 <br />0 Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508-1402. Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />The term "Lender" includes any successors and assigns of Lender. <br />(C) "Trustee" is U.S. Bank, National Association. Trustee's address is 9380 Excelsior Blvd. <br />Hopkins, Minnesota, 55343.
