CASH 92. <br />CHECK, _ <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />RECORDECi <br />HALL CO !NTY NE <br />INST 1?5 053bb 7075SEP2 = q:01 <br />THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />�riS l i WOLD <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS <br />1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,037 <br />This ordinance is to vacate an existing Utility Easement acquired from the HALL COUNTY <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2, located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW1/4,SW1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th PM, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska on August 3, 1998 as described in <br />Document No. 98-107670, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and to provide for the publication and the effective date of this <br />ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the existing Utility Easement and right-of-way tract that was acquired <br />from the HALL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.2, located in a part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S W 1 /4,S W 1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th PM, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />the easterly line of the twenty (20.0) foot wide tract and right-of-way being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot One (1), Buck Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot One (1), a distance <br />of one hundred thirty (130.0) feet to the point of termination. <br />Such Electric Easement to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />dated 9/4/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />
