<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Charles F. Lange and Colleen E. Lange, Husband and
<br />Wife, Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY CONSOLIDATION
<br />TO THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated April 16, 1984 and recorded April 17, 1984, as Instrument 84-
<br />002003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot (2), in Block Eight (8), in the Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
